My name is Danielle.
I'm passionate about helping youth realize their potential.​

After 8 years in the classroom, I took a break from teaching to focus on the arrival of my daughter.
After a stint in a desk job, I decided I needed to get back to my passions (and away from a desk!), and Rebellious Rest was born.
​
While there are many mindfulness and yoga resources available for young children, there isn't much available to tweens and teens.
​
I hope my offerings help today's youth navigate our ever-changing world.
